1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ATL's Hottest services, creating an account, submitting a nomination, participating in voting, submitting an event, purchasing or requesting promotional services, or otherwise using a service governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules presented for the applicable feature, campaign, ballot, event, promotion, or program.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the affected ATL's Hottest service.

2. ATL's Hottest Services

ATL's Hottest provides digital experiences that may include awards programs, nominations, voting, nominee profiles, membership and Association features, event listings and promotions, advertising, promotional placements, business services, and related community experiences.

Features may be introduced, modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued as the platform develops.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

You may not impersonate another person or organization, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

4. Nominations

ATL's Hottest may allow eligible participants to nominate individuals, businesses, organizations, creators, professionals, or other eligible nominees for designated award categories.

Submission of a nomination does not guarantee approval, publication, placement on a ballot, continued eligibility, or receipt of an award.

ATL's Hottest may review nominations for eligibility, category placement, duplication, accuracy, compliance with program rules, safety, integrity, or other legitimate administrative purposes.

ATL's Hottest may reject, consolidate, correct, reclassify, deactivate, archive, or remove a nomination or nominee when reasonably necessary to administer the awards program or enforce applicable rules.

5. Nominee Profiles

Approved nominees may receive an official ATL's Hottest nominee profile containing approved public information such as the nominee's name, category, photograph, website, social-media link, biography or profile information, and related promotional content.

Nominees are responsible for ensuring that information and content they provide for public display is accurate and that they have the rights or permissions necessary to provide that content.

6. Official Nominee Links, Sharing, and QR Codes

ATL's Hottest may provide approved nominees with an official nominee profile URL, social-sharing tools, shareable previews, promotional graphics, and an official nominee QR code.

These tools are intended to help nominees promote their official ATL's Hottest profile and participation in the awards program.

Scanning a nominee QR code, opening a nominee link, viewing a nominee profile, sharing a profile, clicking promotional content, or interacting with a nominee promotion does not itself constitute a vote.

All votes must be submitted through the authorized ATL's Hottest voting process and remain subject to the applicable voting rules.

7. Voting and Ballot Integrity

Voting is subject to the rules displayed for the applicable ATL's Hottest ballot or voting campaign.

Users must provide information required by the applicable voting process and must not attempt to circumvent voting restrictions, manipulate results, automate unauthorized voting, submit fraudulent votes, interfere with another person's participation, or otherwise compromise ballot integrity.

ATL's Hottest may use reasonable technical and administrative measures to enforce voting rules, detect suspected abuse, investigate irregular activity, and protect the integrity of the ballot.

Votes or activity reasonably determined to violate applicable voting rules may be rejected, invalidated, or excluded from official results.

8. Awards and Results

Award eligibility, voting periods, nomination periods, categories, participation requirements, result procedures, and other campaign-specific rules may vary by awards program or year.

ATL's Hottest may correct administrative, technical, tabulation, eligibility, or data errors when reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of an awards program.

Recognition as a nominee does not guarantee that a nominee will become a finalist, winner, featured participant, or recipient of any particular benefit.

9. Promotion Does Not Affect Voting Results

Promotional placement and ballot participation are separate functions. Paid visibility may increase exposure, but it does not alter the rules governing valid votes.

10. Association and Membership Services

ATL's Hottest may offer Association memberships, membership plans, member profiles, benefits, access privileges, or related services.

Specific membership benefits, prices, durations, renewal terms, eligibility requirements, and other conditions are governed by the information presented for the applicable membership offering.

Membership benefits may change as programs evolve, subject to applicable commitments and law.

11. Events and Event Submissions

Event producers, organizers, or authorized representatives may be able to submit events for review, listing, promotion, or other ATL's Hottest services.

Event submitters are responsible for the accuracy of submitted event information and for having the authority and rights necessary to provide event names, descriptions, images, logos, ticket links, venue information, and other submitted materials.

Approval of an event for a standard event listing does not automatically include premium homepage placement, featured placement, advertising, sponsorship, or another paid promotional service.

ATL's Hottest may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, archive, or remove event listings when reasonably necessary for accuracy, safety, quality, program administration, or compliance with these Terms.

12. Paid Event Promotion

ATL's Hottest may offer optional paid event promotion, featured placements, homepage exposure, advertising packages, or other promotional opportunities.

Availability, placement, duration, scheduling, creative requirements, pricing, and other conditions may vary by promotion.

Payment for event promotion does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, revenue, engagement, voting activity, or any other particular business or promotional result.

13. Advertising Services

ATL's Hottest may offer advertising inventory including digital billboards, banners, featured placements, sponsored content, rotating advertising placements, exclusive placements, and other promotional inventory.

Advertising availability, rotation, placement, campaign duration, audience, minimum spend, pricing, scheduling, creative requirements, and exclusivity may vary by inventory and campaign.

Unless an advertising placement is expressly sold as exclusive, advertising inventory may be shared or rotated among multiple advertisers.

ATL's Hottest may reject or remove advertising that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, contains deceptive or harmful material, conflicts with technical requirements, or otherwise violates applicable advertising policies.

14. Advertising and Promotion Performance

Advertising metrics, impressions, clicks, profile visits, QR-code interactions, shares, traffic sources, or other promotional measurements may be provided when those measurement features are available.

Unless ATL's Hottest expressly agrees otherwise in writing, advertising or promotional services do not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, votes, nominations, customers, attendees, followers, or other results.

15. Payments

Certain ATL's Hottest services may require payment. Prices, applicable charges, billing terms, and material purchase conditions will be presented in connection with the applicable offering.

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers. Use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and transaction information and for ensuring that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

16. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product or service purchased, whether performance or promotional placement has begun, third-party costs incurred, and the terms presented with the applicable purchase.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms presented during a transaction or in a written service agreement supplement these Terms and govern that transaction where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to ATL's Hottest, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, descriptions, biographies, event materials, advertising creative, campaign materials, or other content for use through ATL's Hottest, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and authorize use of that content.

You grant ATL's Hottest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, resize, distribute, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, administer, display, and promote the ATL's Hottest service or program for which the content was submitted.

This license does not transfer your underlying ownership of content to ATL's Hottest.

18. ATL's Hottest Content and Intellectual Property

ATL's Hottest branding, logos, graphics, site and application designs, original content, software, interfaces, and other materials owned by ATL's Hottest are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, impersonate, or commercially exploit ATL's Hottest proprietary materials without authorization.

Official nominee promotional materials may be used by the applicable nominee for legitimate promotion of that nominee's ATL's Hottest participation, subject to any usage instructions provided with those materials.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ATL's Hottest services to:

• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate voting or award results.
• Use unauthorized bots, scripts, automation, or deceptive methods to generate votes or interactions.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Impersonate another person, nominee, business, organization, or ATL's Hottest representative.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload malware or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Use the service for fraud, deception, harassment, threats, or unlawful activity.
• Misrepresent an unofficial QR code, page, promotion, or communication as an official ATL's Hottest resource.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information through unauthorized means.
• Attempt to circumvent security, eligibility, payment, account, nomination, or voting controls.

20. ATL's Hottest Kids Awards and Programs Involving Minors

ATL's Hottest Kids Awards is a separate established awards program with its own participation structure and separate ballot experience. It is not combined with the general adult nominee ballot.

Programs involving minors may have additional eligibility, parent or legal-guardian participation, consent, privacy, content, communications, account, prize, and program requirements.

Where additional rules or notices are presented for the ATL's Hottest Kids Awards or another program involving minors, those program-specific requirements supplement these Terms.

Participation by a child in a separate ATL's Hottest program does not automatically create a general ATL's Hottest user account for that child.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

ATL's Hottest may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including social-media platforms, ticketing services, payment providers, websites operated by nominees or event producers, and other external services.

ATL's Hottest does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

22. Connection to MajicMall Megaverse

ATL's Hottest may provide connections or experiences involving MajicMall Megaverse. An ATL's Hottest account and a separately maintained MajicMall Megaverse account or identity remain distinct unless expressly stated otherwise.

Deleting an ATL's Hottest account may remove the ATL-side connection to MajicMall Megaverse but does not itself delete a separately maintained MajicMall Megaverse account.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

ATL's Hottest may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a service when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect users or platform security, prevent fraud or abuse, preserve ballot integrity, comply with law, or protect the operation of the service.

Where appropriate, ATL's Hottest may instead remove specific content, invalidate prohibited activity, restrict a feature, or take another proportionate administrative action.

24. Account Deletion

Registered users may initiate deletion of their ATL's Hottest account through the available account controls.

Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of every independent historical, security, voting, nomination, advertising, event, or transaction record where retention remains reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, fraud-prevention, financial, recordkeeping, legal, or regulatory purposes.

25. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the ATL's Hottest Privacy Policy.

26. Service Availability and Changes

ATL's Hottest works to provide reliable services, but digital services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, third-party services, security incidents, internet conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify services and features as ATL's Hottest develops.

27. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATL's Hottest services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ATL's Hottest does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every technical error, third-party interruption, or unauthorized act can be prevented.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, protections, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATL's Hottest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

ATL's Hottest may update these Terms as services, programs, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change.

When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate.

30. Contact and Support

Questions concerning these Terms or an ATL's Hottest account may be submitted through the support and account mechanisms made available through ATL's Hottest.
